I was going through a divorce where everything was looking grim. My ex-wife and I had agreed to short sale our house to get out from under it and move our separate directions (we knew it would hurt our credit but it was the final affair that needed handled). A friend of mine referred Elenna to me. She sat down with my ex-wife and I and asked for us NOT to short sale, but give her 4 weeks to sell our house. “My Dream Home became my reality home because of Elenna Tamplin.
Elenna prepared a list of homes for me and while we were out taking a look at some of these properties, we drove by one particular home that took my breath away. The only problem was, this particular house was about $70,000 out of my price range. But my heart told me this is where I was suppose to be! Most realtors would have swayed me away from this property, but not Elenna. She made some calls, researched the history of the property and found out that this home had been on the market for 3 years and had several failed closings due to financing. I had an approval letter from the bank (as advised by Elenna). She took a leap of faith and submitted an offer in my range!!! Between her research and great negotiating skills, I am now living in my dream home!!!
